I will walk through each room with you and inspect and evaluate the condition of your floors. Together we’ll look at all areas that may be damaged by water, pet urine, pot plants or deep gouges and scratches etc. I’ll let you know exactly what damaged areas will come out during the sanding process and what damage won’t be able to be sufficiently removed.

For the areas not able to be removed during the sanding process, I’ll provide details on how they can be professionally restored.

At the end of our time together, you’ll have one or two finish systems in mind that you’ll favor and you’ll be able to make an easy choice based on what amount you are willing to invest into your floors.

A lot of people don’t realize that this is one of the most important parts of a hardwood floor refinishing project. If you don’t have a properly functioning supply of power, either we won’t be able to hook up our tools to restore your floors, or it won’t be safe to do so.

I’ll carefully inspect your plug-ins and fuse box to make sure everything is good to go so there won’t be any surprises causing damage or delays on our first day.
