It can be a little hard to visualize and imagine what your hardwood floors will, or could look like fully restored. Hopefully one of our previous hardwood floor sanding and refinishing projects here will be able to provide you with some inspiration.
Below, you’ll be able to see different types of hardwood flooring with different colors of stains, pre-treatments and finishes applied. We’ve completed a LOT of wood floor refinishing restorations over the years, so if there isn’t any photos of your particular color, wood or finish choice here, please ask we’ll try find one for you.

This beautiful floors is brand new installed white oak in wide boards. The client wanted a very natural, low sheen look, but didn’t want to use a hardwax oil. So we applied Loba Invisible Protect which is extremely low maintenance and durable.

This beautiful floor is red oak and stained a custom blend of 50% Sedona Red and 50% Ebony. Then one of our favorite hardwax oils, Pallmann Magic Oil, was applied on top.

This project had plain sawn red oak installed throughout most of the home. We stained it a mix of 50% Rosewood and 50% Natural. Then a high quality 3 coat oil based polyurethane finish was applied.
